Imagine, Investigate, and Innovate: Student Research Assignments Redefined
The Library and CTL Staff would like to invite you to participate in the Imagine, Investigate, and Innovate: Student Research Assignments Redefined Workshop being held June 18th & 19th.
This collaborative workshop taught by faculty, librarians and CTL staff will focus on:
1. Designing an effective research assignment
2. Finding and using library and outside resources for your own research or for use in developing a course assignment
3. Applying these skills in creating a technology based project for your class/instruction

The workshop will take place in the Crounse computer lab (basement of the Library). Snacks will be provided.
Day 1: Thursday, June 18th – Imagine & Investigate
9:30am – 11:30am – How to build a research project.
1:00pm – 3:00pm – Finding and using resources for student and/or faculty research
Day 2: Friday, June 19th – Innovate
9:30am – 11:30pm – Which assignment is best for my class? Presented by Keeta Martin Holmes and Candace Bonnett
1:00pm – 3:00pm – Creating the assignment
